Greetings APIA Scholars & Alumni!
I would like to introduce you to a new addition to the Leadership Blog entitled APIA Leadership Skills Spotlight (APIA-LSS) (as seen on the right side of the blog under the Purpose section). Clicking on the spotlighted leadership skill will send you directly to the video. The APIA-LSS comprises of a series of video clips that will be featured on the blog. Each month a different skill set will be highlighted in the short video clip by Penny Semaia the Director of Life Skills in the Athletics Department at the University of Pittsburgh. The content of the video centers on leadership skill development, particularly defining what the skill is and how to cultivate and enhance that skill. Enjoy!
