This report is part of the Leadership for a New Era Series. It discusses the importance of taking on a race-conscious lens to leadership development programs. "This publication explores the ways in which our current thinking about leadership often contributes to producing and maintaining racialized dynamics, and identifies a set of core competencies associated with racial justice leadership" (p. 2).
