Student Travel Grants to Attend APIASF Higher Education Summit in Washington D.C. (June 27, 2011 - June 28, 2011)

APIASF is excited to offer a select number of travel grants for Scholars wishing to attend our Higher Education Summit taking place on June 27, 2011-June 28, 2011 in Washington DC. These travel grants are possible through the generous support of Southwest Airlines, a proud sponsor of APIASF and the official airline of the APIASF Higher Education Summit.

Titled APIASF College Completion Forum: Strengthening Institutions that Serve Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, this two-part forum will bring together a group of multicultural political leaders, higher education researchers and administrators, representatives from the private and government sectors, community organizations, foundations, and students, to generate an active dialogue on the national college completion agenda and its impact on the APIA community. It is also a great opportunity for Scholars interested in the fields of education, policy, and government to dialogue and engage with key leaders about issues facing today's Asian American and Pacific Islander students.
