On March 30, 2010, President Barack Obama signed the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 at a ceremony at Northern Virginia Community College in Alexandria, Virginia...http://www.nasfaa.org/publications/2010/ansigned033110.html?Print=Yes
